Fc points missing after redeming

I redeem my fc 25 points yesterday through the redeem ea and it said that they the code is correct but i havent got my fc points yet please who can i call to fix the issue

So you play on PlayStation, but redeemed the points on the EA website? I think I found the issue then: if you had to redeem it on our website, then that means that your FC code was for PC, not for PlayStation. Since there's no cross progression between platforms, there's no way to get those PC points on your PlayStation account.

  Unfortunately there's no way to transfer them between platforms. I'd try reaching out to the retailer to see if you can get a replacement code for the right platform, but otherwise there's nothing we can do on our end.
