FC Points not showing up on EA account after redemption on Xbox

I purchased a code for 1050 FC Points. I redeemed it on the mobile version of my Xbox account. The activation status on my Xbox account shows as "redeemed." However, for the past 2 hours (since I activated the points), they have not appeared on my EA account. The total on my EA account is still 0. Where can I get help? Attached is the confirmation that the code has been redeemed.
