Hello , I have the following issue
Whenever i go to store in Ultimate team to buy points i don't find the points option and it says Points store not available
Consul is PS5
PS:I tried restarting both consul and game nothing changed
I’m having the same problem.
it started in fc24 for me and still couldn’t find a solution.
I read I needed to match my region to where I bought the game from so I did, but it didn’t work.

Hey i bought the game trough a second hand website called gamecards.net, i dont know what region the game is bought in and i bought 1050 points from the ps store that dont show up on my account.
From where ?
Community ManagerIf you bought Points through the PSN Store and they're not available on your account after 24 hours. Please contact EA Help Support and provide them a proof of purchase so they can assist you with that.

Is there an answer to this because I have recently brought fc points that ea support and PlayStation cannot do anything about, I need a solution to this answer so I can access my points?!
