Fc25 closed beta wont bring up a download.

I have redeemed the code for my xbox but nothing has downloaded and I can't find a option to start it so was after some help please.

    Hi there, @ready89 

    You need to check your game library. Hit the Guide button on your controller. Then to go Manage games and apps > See all > Full library > Owned. You should then see it.

We're not able to grant codes for a different platform, unfortunately. You'll only be able to play on PC.

Can you look at my post it explains what i mean in alot of detail I just mean because the code didnt work on PC is there not a way when sending a new code to me to switch it to the ps5 version? Im not asking to switch a code im askindg when i get a new code to replace the one thats faulty

    We cannot issue a code for a different platform. If you need a new PC code, follow the instructions here for generating a new code.

      I have already tried this but im now at apoint where i cant get hold of anyone thats why i posted a forum please look at my posted forum which explains in great detail what i mean thanks
