Fc25 closed beta wont bring up a download.
I have redeemed the code for my xbox but nothing has downloaded and I can't find a option to start it so was after some help please.

Community ManagerCheck to see which Xbox the code was made for. It's possible you received an Xbox One code when you're on Xbox Series S/X and vice versa.
I guess it is possible - here is the content of my email minus the actual code - I am using an Xbox OneX

What is happening when you try to generate a new code?
I am having the exact same problem.
Enter code, says it worked, no download. Now code is 'redeemed'
