Why can’t I download with the closed beta code I recieved when redeeming on eshop? Continually saying an error has occurred and to try again later
The Closed Beta for EAS FC 25 runs from August 6, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. UTC, until August 27, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. UTC.
I’m in GB and this now works (as of 6pm)
I entered my code. I was presented with 4 downloads. I clicked on one of them. This gave an error and I was then returned to the ps store. I tried to enter my code again and it no longer works; it comes up saying this code has already been used. I’m very disappointed

Same for me. Though there were only 2 downloadable options. The email said to preload, so I knew I wouldn't be able to play until later, but PS store said the download file was not available when I clicked on the link. I can see it was redeemed in my PS store purchase history. I checked again a few minutes ago but looks like there is no way to retry.

Yeah I was gonna download the beta but i didnt have enough storage so i clikced off and went back once I had enough but the download didnt pop up again and when i went back to redeem the code again it said it was already redeemed. I was looking forward to playing the beta but I got *. Please fix
