Fc25 pack luck and wep app

Hello dear ea I am Barsam and I am a content creator of FC 25 and I am also a YouTuber and streamer I spent a lot of coins in my account and took a lot of videos from it, but the pack luck of my account  is not good at all. My account email is also [edit: email address removed] and i'm pro player of fc25.and I would be very grateful if you could improve the pack luck of my account so that the FC 25 videos I make on YouTube will be more attractive and the videos and streams of this game will increase.      I'm not getting any good players since my account has been hacked in FFif22

    And I been buying fc Point every week and still not getting anything 

    Is that any problems with my account 

    Please can anyone help
