Fc25 PC looks stuttery -windowed borderless

Im having an issue where when I boot up the game and play the game it looks super stuttery. The only way of fixing it is to change from windowed borderless to full screen and back again every time I boot. I think it has something to do with my second monitor as it flickers when switching back to borderless windowed. Anyone know a solution? Thanks
