The most common reason is you bought them for the wrong year. Double check that you bought them for this year.
Oh **bleep** I didn’t double check because it was a gift and they probably got fc 24 points. Thanks for you reply. Is there any way I can transfer them to fc 25?
You get a one time transfer when you open fc 25 for the first time. I am not sure that’s even still available. That was the only way I know of that you could transfer them. I am not sure what you can do sorry.
