FPS problems

Bought a brand new laptop asus tuf A26 with geforce gtx 4050, 16 gb ram, amd ryzen 7 7535HS. i have a big issue with the FC because i dod literally everithyng(tried every resolution graphich settings, nvidia settings, turned off v sync, i tried every HZ settings, and i have the newest drivers) but the game remained very laggy. I only have at every grapichs settings only 30/ or max 60 but the game is still unplayable because its not fix 30 because drops in every second. If someone can solve it please help me!
