FUT bday florenzi evo

Hey I got the FUT birthday Florenzi evo from the level 15 on the season pass

and I was going to put it in the test of time evo when I looked at futwizz and futbin it said he was elligible (it even has Florenzi on the cover of the test of time evo as an example). how ever when I went on the fc companion app to do it i was able to find him under the my eligible players.

is this a glitch or are are futbin and futwiz incorrect and eafc itself isn’t being clear
