Playing with a friend can make a huge difference in the experience. It's not just about skill, but the fun factor and the teamwork aspect that makes multiplayer so enjoyable. A Fut Champions mode for multiplayer (like co-op) could be a game-changer for a lot of players who don't always enjoy grinding through solo matches. And from a community standpoint, it could definitely help more people feel connected, especially those who struggle with the solo grind but have a blast playing with friends.

The idea of having a co-op approach where you and a friend can play together and climb the ranks (in a way that's still fair) makes a lot of sense. You could even introduce some unique rewards for co-op players to incentivize it further, like special player packs or exclusive items. Having it balanced, though, would be key. 

Limiting the mode to just 2-player teams would ensure it’s still fair and not too broken. Maybe they could even add a matchmaking system that keeps you paired with other two-player squads to avoid having a stacked team versus a solo player. 

What do you think about maybe having some kind of hybrid system where players can both play with friends and still get some individual rewards or progression in the same way solo players do? Would that be something that’d keep the balance right while giving everyone the experience they want?
