The game scammed me of Capdivela

I chose him from lvl 35 of the season pass but the game didn’t direct me to the store tab to claim him and I never got him
I checked the quick sell recovery and ofc found nothing

what can I do ? Tried contacting the support but they just gave me a link to this forum
