Futties cup 1 freindly

I don’t know if I’m the dumb one here but one of  requirement for the futties cup clearly stated 90 ovr team rating amongst other things but that’s the one I want to address here.

 I’ve played 5 people now whose team are clearly over the 90 required. At first it felt stupid and then I tried to put someone rated higher on my bench to the starting line up and I got error messages (obviously) that I couldn’t proceed cos team rating exceeded 90 OVR requirement. 

Am I doing something wrong? Or is this a glitch ?? Cos obviously I lost those matches. Starting quitting from kick off cos it was getting too much. Attached a picture of one of the teams I faced. No way this is a 90 OVR team. ??
