Ea support send me here to write my problem since they can not find it, it has been a day and no one is looking for my problem.....
- @ardanb me and countless others are having similar issues! Would you be able to list your PC specs for future reference? I will update you if we encounter a fix to these issues.

I'am facing the same problem for slmost 5-6 weeks and I do not remember how many times I have contacted with EA help but they are not fixing my problem..
They send me here to ask for help (I'am asking help for playing the game that I have paid 100$ btw.) however they do not help me for it.....
And when I ask for the refund they say they can not..

They asked for me to wait.
1 more day is passed and game still crashes.
Still noone cares about my problem......
