Game Crash Is Not Fixed

My game crashes in fc25 after 1 minutes ı enter to game. I have get in touch with ea supports about 8-9 times, we have tried every step to avoid the problem. I have tried every thing that advisors ...

Still no one have contacted me.....

1 more day with this issue.

Another week is passed and still no reply from EA team......

I FEEL AS I AM SCAMMED BY EA!!!!
