Game play bugs

I run to the ball with my player (simeone) and when I’m about to get to the ball he slowing down like he hitting the brakes and it’s happening every single game.

I'm playing on ps5 the player with 99 energy he is not tired but if the opponent player need to get to the ball even if he got no energy he is flying

also why when I’m playing against players with 70 put and my defender almost 99 strength ( all the team including zidane, zanetti beckenbauer) he rolling like a dog in a goods day 

how do we fix this problems? 
I'm not a bad player, 32,000 points on squad regular 9 victories on champions final, division2 almost going up to division 1 not a bad player

Btw I’m not paying to EA even a nickel if it’s help
