The core issue is time, or rather, the lack of it. Developers aren’t given nearly enough to do their job properly. So what happens? These mostly young nerds, who are fully aware of the countless issues plaguing the game, are forced to shove them aside to meet the deadlines set by the corporate roadmap. The blame lies squarely on EA as a company, not the employees, who are constantly crushed under immense psychological pressure.
Don’t kid yourselves, NONE of the bugs everyone is complaining about will ever get fixed in FC25. Why? Because they’ve already moved on to FC26 (or some other project), which will just be another half-baked mess, slapped together with a shiny new UI while they desperately try to sweep all the unresolved issues under the rug.
A tiny fraction of the dev team is actually assigned to bug fixes, and even then, they barely have the resources to scratch the surface of the real problems.
