Gameplay so bad? At least get things balanced

It's tiring playing this game, it seems like opponent is playing another game.

Oponnet press randomly pass button, and the ball goes always to one of them, my passing is 70% good and the rest bad. I see the player, correct pass and ball goes other stupid place to the opponent.

Then opponent goes from defence to goal running twice as much as me and impossible to cut the ball.

passing inside the area and dribbling impossible to cut, I soffer 90% of my goals like that... 

Whats wrong with the game?!

At least balance the game, like passing accurancy same for all, running speed same for all, rebounds equal for all, etc etc.. 
Why do I have a player with 99 pace if the defender ir slower but runs twice as much as me?

Why all the games start 1-0, impossible to touch the ball before opponent scores?
Why does my passing (despite being in assisted or semi) goes to the opponent?
Why does defence antecipate my pass but my forward is standing offside for nothing?
