get rid of these direction arrows and 'play tips' : picture included!

Hello, 

I cannot find how to get rid of the annoying arrows and directions how to play that you see on the picture. 

This is connected to the controller that is connected to one of the profiles I play with. It is very annoying as it ruins the gameplay. 

Can somebody PLEASE tell me how to get rid of this?
