Glitched pack

I got r9 and wirtz from the 89+x5 winter wildcard pack. Then I got automatically logged out and opened it again and got wirtz. After that I got logged out and had to open it again and got Xavi. This time I didn’t get logged out and I kept Xavi. I had this problem before but with smaller player and I wish to get what I got from the first pack pls help me
