Glitching ,Slowness and blackscreen when I have the ball

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 
What happens when the bug occurs? I am having issues with my FC 25 the same issue I was having on FC 24 on Xbox one and now I am experiencing the same issue on a different console ps 5. The issue is when I am the one with the ball the game slows down and then shows a section with a black screen especially when I am about to score an opponent.
What should be happening instead? Not a black screen and me playing the game
