Got hacked and then got banned for coin distribution

I am having the same Issue, theres always the same bot who answers your cases, which gives no exakt reason why you would get banned, just "banned because of coin distribution". I already wrote like 20 or more cases and now there was a mail that i wont get any more answers to my cases. So my cases are getting declined every time, i also wrote a huge Text in the EA forum but no one helps. Its over... .
