Hackers

Report them. Ea does ban waves all the time. Right now every other thread is about someone being banned. How many are rightfully or wrongly banned who knows. 

It would require years of work to resolve the problem. There are too many calculations being done on the client, which is just a hackers dream. To move all of those to the server is a huge piece of work, one which they won't do because it would likely mean not releasing a new game every year. 

Reporting will do **bleep** all. EA don't have the staff to review them, so it's down to functions parsing the complaint to know if it's valid, or not. That just leads to an absolute **bleep** show, which is why, even as you say, no one can know who's rightfully banned.

i never use tools i play this game a long time and banned my account great the hackers continue play this game great company and dont have support decent fot client 

They ban me, a person who never cheats, they ban ThisisFG on youtube, who because of his status, got his ban revered quickly, but don't bother with the actual hackers, cool EA, very cool.

I agree they ban people who dont cheat. Normal people get forgot about, but if its high profile like their own staff like ThisisFG shows theirs a huge problem in banning system. why did he get banned? we need to know

the worst part of this all is that they have a very slow appeal system. you have to wait ages for them to review your case. got banned last night like second hand cheater.

my game record is like 140 wins to 170 loses (sometimes (when i qualify) i get 5-7 WL wins) does this sound like cheating stats? 

These are the emails received from EA every time for all reports made to hackers. So it doesn't solve anything at all !

If you read the reporting guide it tells you they won’t tell you if they take any action on the person you report. So you won’t know if they get banned.
