Have not received my pre-ordered hero pack in EA fc 25

Hello! I pre-ordered the game EA fc 25 before 20 August, but when i log into the web-app today, i have not received my hero pack? Could you in EA try to help me?

    You can only get the Untradeable Hero Player Item if you pre-ordered EA SPORTS FC™ 25 before August 21, 2024, at 4 PM UTC.

You need to preorder before august 20, you ordered on sepetember

I ordered it on 18 july and still haven’t gotten anything ekstra besides tha game. Not FC points or hero pack or anything else :-( I use Nintendo.
