HEAVY DELAYED GAMEPLAY

You can always test your connection. Here is ea explaining below. You can also turn on the online input overlay. This will show you in game how much delay you have. Virgin media looks like it has been having problems from the posts below. Maybe they are still having issues.

I tested my connection & had a score of 98. It’s definitely not on my end it’s on EA’s.

EVERY single person in my friend circle says the same thing, the gameplay is unplayable. Some are with Virgin & some aren’t. Stop the nonsense & excuse making and speak to somebody at EA who can actually help us paying customers. 

You can always post in that thread and tell ea yourself. They are going over everyone’s connection and video. 

The entire playerbase frequently comments on the delay. Every streamer talks about it as well. EA just hide from it, even though it's likely the greatest contributor to the falling player numbers each year.

I have 2gb down and usually play under 10ms. I still have heavy delay when playing at peak times. I do get better gameplay off peak, which is a massive indication that their servers are struggling under load.

Ignore this guy. He's always posting **bleep** like this. I doubt he even plays the game.

Unfortunately no help available on here, just people that will deflect and ensure that customers get ignored. 

I mean he wanted an answer from ea so I gave him the link. You say ea is hiding from it but they are literally taking your question and answering you. They even said if you had video they would review it. To me that isn’t hiding that’s being transparent and interacting with the community. I think ea should do more of those as it lets everyone know what’s going on. But yeah ignore me don’t take my opinion on it get an answer from ea. 

You are either blind, or an EA employee. There's literally no other reason for your behavior.

There are thousands of videos showing the delay and inconsistent gameplay. EA stop replying as soon as they are posted. They've done this all year. I won't take your opinion, or EA's on this matter. They're both from a place of willful ignorance.

Post your video and theirs. I’ve only ever seen a few have delay. If what you are saying is true you would see that thread fill up with them.

If you guys fill up that thread with all those videos you are talking about I will be the first to say it’s a server issue. 

Soon as ea asks for them you never see examples. Last year I can’t remember his name but posted tons of videos and ea went over every single one and explained why everything happens in game. It was really nice ea did that. I wish there was more like that. 

I really hope all 3 of you post a video though and get an answer from ea. 

So many big streamers talk about the awful heavy gameplay, Nick & Inception to mention a couple. This years gameplay has easily been the worst I’ve ever played, I’m rarely in control of my team
