I wouldn’t say it’s buggy. Does it not pick the player you want the cpu to pick yeah. If you have two players side by side and your ping ponging the ball around the cpu doesn’t know what one you really want to pick.
I wouldn’t say that’s buggy more that non manual offense should be removed.
I would say post videos with the input overlay on showing what’s actually happening but people tend to get pretty upset when you can see what’s going on.
So I would put it down to non manual offense like others said.

Again. Wasn't an issue in previous iterations but it is now so I and others will call it buggy. It's not like it has always been this bad because it hasn't.
You don't think it's an issue, good for you but don't patronise people who have an issue especially if it hasn't been a problem in previous games or to this scale.
All this non manual, manual is nonsense because as I said, I play manual and others may not and both seem to have issues with passing being inconsistent. The game should work better than it is rather then going on about what settings to use to limit the buggy mechanics.
