For me, there’s no enjoyment, and I no longer feel like I’m playing football at all. All I see are programming and physics issues, along with poor work from the game developers. Matches have just become a challenge for me, trying to adapt to all the problems in the game, and I always end up feeling frustrated and turning the game off.
I had to take a long break and come back to it when I was ready to not take this game so seriously. While EA does want people to play the game for as long as people can, I think it's important we take care of ourselves and take breaks away from the game when it's making us upset! :)
