How the hell to contact ea support again?

"Waiting on player" What the **bleep** im supposed to do now? I click resume case and it brings me nothing except other articles. I was messaging live chat but now i cannot do it nor can i send any email. I wasted 20 dollars on ea pass pro and i didnt get the fc points. tf im supposed to do and how to talk to this stupid support service.

Sorry to hear the EA Help site's acting up for you. It might just need some troubleshooting. Could you try the following steps please:&nbsp;

If you are on mobile, switch to PC to submit the ticket or vice versa
Clear the browsers cache and cookies, fully close all browser windows, and then try again
Test it off of a different search engine (so if you're on Google Chrome, try Firefox to see if you can submit a ticket that way)
It's no harm trying a clean boot to see if you see the same issue after either:&nbsp; https://help.ea.com/en-in/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

Okay i managed to find a way myself, but how long will it take to compensate me and give me the rewards i should get and spent 20 dollars on? In FC 25 there are things that are time limited and i better get my rewards before time runs out of certain things like evolutions.
