How to raise a customer service complaint

recently spoke to customer service who were not helpful. they refused to raise me a complaint and told me i have to Post on the forum and that they cant take complaints over live even though all the posts advise to contact live support so i think Support agent Jorge Andres was not being helpful along with being discriminatory . i don't want to go into detail due to the Problems being personal, who can i speak to about raising a formal complaint
