Hello, I wanted to transfer the coins I earned in FC 24 to my game FC 25 (yes, on the same PS5 console). A message about this option appeared in the main menu, and I used it. The game stated that the transfer was successful, and after logging into FC 25 in Ultimate Team, I had my club name, but the coins were not transferred, and my balance is zero. Can a section moderator explain how to submit a report? I see more people having this problem. My coins have not been transferred yet despite the in-game information. It's ridiculous what's going on here.

Having the same problem. This really need to be looked at its a waste of money to have points sitting in fc24. EA we need customer obsessions
