I bought FC24 points but ment for FC25

I bought points by mistake for FC24 and I've loaded the game. Anyway to transfer them across to FC 25

Hi all.

i have accidentally ordered and redeemed the incorrect FC points, 24 rather than 25. Is there anyone way I can transfer them over? I missed the message at the start of the game (I didn’t have any then, but purchased them after starting up game).

does anyone know how to actually speak to someone at EA who could help me at all? Thanks in advance
