I DONT HAVE A EA FC25 BETA CODE

2 days ago I met all the requirements for EA FC25 and completed each step successfully. I own PS Plus and I participated in the EA Test program and filled it out. I edited my email preferences, but I haven't received my beta code for 2 days. I can't connect to live support, they don't help, no one can help with the issue here. Could you please take the necessary steps and let me play the beta? for PS4. I never received any e-mail. I checked everywhere in my e-mail, but there is no code... Please help.!!!
