I had preordered the ultimate edition but no payment has been charged

Please note we're unable to assist with purchases here on AHQ. If you placed your pre-order in time and it's everything ok with the transaction, then you should receive the content. If there are any problems with the pre-order made through PlayStation, please contact PlayStation support.

But my concern is not receiving all of the pre order bonus items since it is past August 20th, I just want the chance to purchase again and be able to receive all of them, would that be completely up to PlayStation still? 

Unfortunately, if you weren't able to make the purchase before the date, they won't be able to assist you with that. 

If you placed the order before the cut-off date and there was a problem with the transaction, I suggest contacting them to see if they can sort that out for you. 

I got in contact with PlayStation and they said if there’s any way we can do special accommodations for my situation , they said since the window is closed I cannot do anything about it but if I contact Ea I should be able to receive the opportunity to do it. I am willing to pay full price for it but I just want the opportunity to purchase it and receive the pre order bonus items
