Hello, everyone. You can only redeem the code once. When this is done, the game is added to your library. Please google instructions to find your platform's game library. The beta will be available there. You also can try pushing the download to your console through the Xbox or PS app.

I've got a similar problem. Looking at other questions in the forum it looks like I have made the wrong selection on download and it now says the code is not redeemable
I put in the code but it just never appeared in the download list! And when I put the code in again it says it already been redeemed! Is there anyway of contacting ea to send another or is that not likely 😩
you have to go to your full library and scroll down until you see a grey EA sign that’s says demo and the name should say loremplsum25 it will be in the L section with all the other games starting with L
