I havent recieved my fc points i paid for

I recently brought 1050 fc points on xbox through the microsoft website and i had recieved confirmation of my purchase and me redeeming it via email. When i checked my companion app it still says i have 0 fc points i cannot check by my actually console today but surely it should work just the same.

Ive tried to use EA support but it hasnt helped me and now i am beginning to wprry as i dont think i can recieve a refund or my fc points which i brought.

I have the proof on my phone of all purchases and confirmations os anything.

Any help would be much appreciated.
