I need to speak with EA support

I can’t chat with anyone from EA Support. I have had an issue where I cannot connect to EA servers, only on EAFC 25, I have no problem connecting on EAFC 24. 

EA support have continuously told me to speak with EA Forums to resolve my issue, over a week and my issue has not been resolved. Now the ‘chat’ option with EA Support will not appear. This company is a disgrace.

I can’t even apply for a refund, literally played this game for 3-4 weeks and it’s already broken/glitched 😂
