My players in division rivals freezes

Everytime since i bouht the game when i try to play division rivals on any other online game when i start match my players freeze i can not do nothing but when i pasue it i can easily leave the game on resume it on the other site when i play offline game such a carrere mode or quick match everything is fine and i can play it with no problems please help me becouse of this i cannot play a game i paid for someone on help chat have told me that i have to post that here
