I still can’t buy or sell players

I just wanted to ask if anyone else is having the same issue?

I’ve been playing on PC for about 7 weeks now and have played at least 3 online matches.

But I still can’t buy or sell players — not in the game, on the web app, or on the mobile app.

I’ve never been banned, and I’ve played for 2 years on PlayStation before switching to PC.

Does anyone know what I can do?
