I was banned from the transfer market in fc 24. Will that ban carry over in FC25

Question

Hey there, I have a "sanction" in place on my account which bans my access to the transfer market. This was put in place all the way back in October of last year. Since then I haven't played the game. I am not here to debate that as it's a fair punishment. I am interested in pre-ordering FC 25 on the same account that the sanction is on. Will the sanction carry over to the new game or will it start fresh and I can play freely? I want to play the new game without any problems and was just wondering if this will be possible?&nbsp;

this ban is only for "eafc24" in ea fc 25 you can play normal
