I was sent the beta of EA fc 25 to the wrong console
I am sending this regarding on the EA FC 25 beta code which has been sent as a PlayStation code instead of an Xbox code. So Please may I gain a copy of the Xbox beta please and thanks Your sincerely...

We want to clarify the situation since we're seeing many complaints from players who received the code related to a different platform or who can't access the Beta.
When you signed up for the Beta, you had to put a preference on the console; this is explained in our EA Help Article: What is a Closed Beta.
Unfortunately, we can't help you to get another code for a different platform. If you got instead the code for the correct platform but it is not working, follow the same article above for help.
Also, we want to remind you that this Beta is only accessible in the NA and UK regions. Please keep in mind that certain platforms, like the PlayStation region, lock content; if your EA account region is set to a country different from your actual location, your code will not work as it is tied to a different region.You can check the region settings for your EA account here.
