I'm afraid we are unable to make any changes or discuss details of your account here on the forums. If you feel an action was placed on your account incorrectly, please create an appeal with these steps so our Terms of Service team can take another look.
I see you've mentioned a couple appeals already, but you're able to appeal again to have a different member of the ToS team check through the situation. If things have reached the point where you're being told the decision will not change however, that would unfortunately mean multiple Terms of Service members have reviewed our records for whatever took place and each reached the same conclusion.
Once an issue is at that point, it would be final and not something that can be changed here or through any other channel, sorry to say.
How come, that a Company that big does not care at all about their customers. I have bought players for a price that was too high compared to a current price or the price even after 1 hour, but at the time, as I already explained it was the players price. I sniped him of the market, multiple attemts to get one for that price failed. So I do apologize for doing that and for investing so badly, but I have not violated rhe users agreement, I have not sold Coins for real life money and distributed them. I am a human, learning out of mistakes. But I did not break the rules, therefore I don't deserve getting punished.
I am willing to provide any piece of information or evidence to you, but you just respond with the same copy-and-pasted answers to my appeals, not even giving me the slightest chance to prove my innocence. That is just unfair. Even if two employees have overlooked this case already and came to the same conclusion, you are doing me wrong. The employees are alos just humans, they can make mistakes. How ist this final. I will literally drive to your HQ with my pc and every data protocoll gathered from my devices and my payment adresses and present to you that I trly am innocent. Please there must be away! And if you keep on spamming the same copy-and-pasted answers not explaining any detail whatsoever, but just saying that you confirmed that I was involved in coin distribution, just because I have bought some players in the past for a price that is much higher compared to the current one, then you are simply just wrong.
Listen, I already hate myself enough for being this dumb to not double-check what Team of the week dembele variant fits in the evolution. But the player going extinct clearly shows that I wasn't the only one and my punishment of losing around 750k to dumb investments is hard enough for me. But then I also het banned, and you seem to be holding on to not giving me any chance to prove my innocence. I've given you my phone number and many other very personal information and am still willing to provide anything you want from me with full transperancy. Please!
