Inquiry into Pack Luck Discrepancy in FC 25 Ultimate Team Mode

I hope you are doing well. I have been confused by my pack “luck” this year. I have been playing UT since 2011 (2015 is when I started playing seriously). I have never ever had such bad luck in packs. Almost everyone complains about this problem every year including me, but this year has made me believe that maybe my account got flagged or something. I have opened almost every possible free pack from objectives and sbcs, and I have bought many packs from the store. I cannot seem to pack any players that are usable or sell for anything, but honestly honestly that is kind of expected. What confuses me is the amount of 86+ I have packed. I have opened multiple packs (probably around 20) that have around a 70% or more chance of getting a walkout and have only gotten 88 rated Messi once and 86 rated Trent Alexander Arnold twice. I always seem to get either the minimum possible rating or one higher than that. While my friends that are starting to play this year or are coming back to the game are packing icons and expensive players in almost every “good” pack. I don’t know if the system rewards those that play less to try to hook them in, but I really hope it does not because that would be unfair. 
I really hope my luck changes because if not I’m gonna have to stop playing. I played FUT champs today and out of (2 77+x7, totw pack, 81+x11, and 85+x1) only got one walkout out of the 85+ pack. Other than that my most expensive player was Nuno Mendes who currently goes for 1800 coins. Also from my totw pack I got a card that barely even sells. He’s worth his discard value.

Even if I buy a pack

I still get shotty players

I already opened a case due to this problem I had a couple weeks ago, the admin said he would send my issue to his bosses and get back to me through email and I sent 2 follow up emails and nobody ever got back to me. I'm a loyal customer who spends alot of money on FC points and I told them if you guys are just gonna blow me off I'm not spending anymore money on this game. I spent over 300$ already and as I told the admin before I bought some of the most expensive packs I've ever seen some packs equating to 30$ of real money and in those 3 packs my best player was Vitinha who I already had in all 3 packs in a row you cannot tell me that's not a glitch it's beyond infuriating after spending 70$ on that pack opening alone. And just now again I got my rewards for Squad battles and I finished Elite tier 1 and once again i got the bare minimum in those packs and it was the same players I already had I've now packed Vitinha 3 times Bruno Gumaries 3 times Xhaka 3 times Grimaldo twice and Andy Robertson twice and Katoto twice every time I pack a decent player I end up packing them multiple times and get the bare minimum in every good packs I am beyond unhappy with this and I didn't even want my money back I just wanted some compensation maybe a legend card or to let me open the packs again otherwise it ruins the game for me and this is the third time now I'm complaining about this issue and nobody has taken it seriously If I don't get any help I'm gonna spread this all over my social medias and I'm never gonna pay money to buy packs ever again I'm just asking for a little glitch fix and small compensation for a loyal customer who spends alot of money I don't think that's too much to ask from any business to a loyal customer please email me at [edit: email address removed] thank you for your consideration 

I'm having the same issue, i don't know if i've been flagged but my pack luck is horrendous. I have never gotten good rewards from Rivals or Champs this year, i've already spent so much money playing this game but my pack luck is actually horrendous. Don't tell me the pack luck is the same when i see all my friends packing Mbappes & Van Dijks when i can't even pack a single usable player. I had to put everything into sbs, i hope this changes because i've been playing since FUT came out & have never seen this kind of pack luck. I don't know what you guys are doing there but you guys need to sort this out, it's getting ridiculous 

It is not random, I have had a warning about quitting games early after being reported and slating EA on forums for the poor gameplay and the scripting. Since the warning and the truth about EA my pack luck as gone from packing di natale WW and UCL Haverts and UCL Frimpong to not packing a single special in the last 4 weeks. No TOTY or TOTY HM Nor have i packed any Future stars. EA control who gets what and when. Bear in mind ive done multiple icon/hero sbc's 83 x 10 about 30+, 30+ 84 x 5, some of them i am getting 5x84 gold cards. EA are a tin pot company who need burning to the ground, typical dodgy american company. I spend 100's of pounds a year on EAFC for myself and my boys and they repay me by treating me like a fcuking idiot.
