International Manger Mode FC26

Dear EA Employees,

An International Manger mode in career NEEDS to be a thing in the future. And what better time than FC26 with the World Cup coming up? I feel like players would love this mode- similar to how the 2014 World Cup game was for us. I find using the youth academy to bring national teams to the top of the world one of the most fun things to do in FC25, especially career mode. And while it is fun, there is SOOO much room for improvement- and it’s a lot of simple fixes.

First off,  having more countries is a NEED. Even if it’s generic kits- I DONT CARE. Having more competitions like a South American championship and a North American championship to go along with Asian and African championships would be so much fun. Also, “International Cup” qualifiers would be awesome. Would love to see a small country like Guatemala for example make a huge run and shock the world. These things were done in the 2014 World Cup game, which was 11 years ago.

Another thing with that is having actual host nations for international competions. I noticed when I played with the USA in the “International Cup”, I played in the LA Galaxy stadium almost every game, along with the friendlies. I just felt like the game lacked so much creativity in that aspect and can be EASILY improved by having host nations. For example each game could be played in different Premier League stadiums (which are already in the game) if the European cup is hosted in England. Or if there was a South American Cup (Copa America) and USA hosted it similar to real life, the tournament could be played in a bunch of the MLS stadiums that are ALREADY IN THE GAME.

Another thing that comes to mind is player name and appearance repetition. Half my players had the same last name- that’s such an easy fix. Even use AI to generate names honestly. And lots of the players I scouted looked so similar. It’s the simple things that lack creativity that can make this game so much better- and they are easy fixes. Even giving us the option to edit the player name and appearance of the AI players would be great (and BTW every other sports game allows you to do this- so it shouldn’t be an outlandish request). And please, stop giving the AI players all green and purple generic boots.  Just give them proper Nike or Adidas boots. I know that’s a very little thing and off topic but it’s a pet peeve of mine.
