Issue finding games

Hi for the past couple of days I've been loading up for division rival games in div 1, yet its taking extremely long to even find a game or not even find one. I've been sitting here searching for 20 minutes. Prior to the past couple of days I've never had any problems with finding a game and now its impossible, any soloutions?
