Apparently I thought I may have made some mistake unknowingly and got banned but then I saw multiple people facing the same issue they get banned for no reason and the only reason we are given is the same automated response for bans.

I just want to check in and say me too, lots of people on EA and Steam forums reporting unjustified bans. You are not alone. Hopefully EA can take some bigger and swifter action to rectify this.
They even banned their own staff like thisisFG who is the host of their world series ect. The anti-cheat does not work clearly and its time to stand upto these fake bans.

Lmao no way they accidently banned their own people aswell. Kinda funny. I do hope they will just do a rollback instead of replying to everyone 1 by 1 cuz i wanna do my WL and SBC's
it's not even clear if they will lift this ban. they won't even give us compensation because we are a minority in the community. it was the last ea fc game I played.
Then they gave him a fake reason to make him feel better and took ban away, They said they did it to keep his account secure and we know that's bull**bleep** lololol. They just need to admit the auto ban system is flawed and he got banned for doing too many sbc's and coin amounts. Instead of thinking of the excuses of keeping his account secure. The bank closed my account today to keep it secure lololol
He had been hacked before. It doesn’t seem out of the realm of possibility since has delt with it before. The good news is people keep saying you get bot responses and it’s obvious that someone actually looks into the appeals as he shared his emails back and forth between ea.
