When will the squads update be for the January transfers on careers mode?

Since yesterday, they have started adding new transfer cards.

So they do it slowly? Do these changes also reflect in career mode?
They work on a Fresh New Season career mode, but the changes aren't there when I try a Live Start Points career mode. I think it's becuase the Live Start Points career modes are about a week behind real-time, so the transfers haven't happened yet.
Yeah it seems like they're rolling them out slowly on career mode, I usually always do a fresh new season
