Job offers still the same as FC24 and the previous 5 years

Once again EA has not listened to the demands of the players who play career manager mode.

Earlier this year I made a thread urging them to listen to implement a system where the job offers allowed free movement to any team in any league. Once again they’ve not listened.

What is the point in introducing all these leagues like Argentina, MLS & Saudi League if you can never experience them after a career in Europe?

I had optimism they’d listen to this one small change, how wrong I was. With the introduction of leniency and more freedom with the settings starting a career, why can’t they just make another tab for job offers to be fully open? You can then pick the league you want and club regardless how well you’ve done at a previous club. How often we now see big name managers going to Saudi from top leagues, we don’t get the option.

Instead after winning a few trophies it’s the same top 3 clubs in the European leagues which only allow you any movement.

Im not the only one who shares this. It’s been happening for years. EA just for once do something for the players which want to experience new leagues and not do one or two seasons then get bored.

It’s not that hard on make a new tab and open job offers. Use it like the sliders that have already been put in for other pieces “strict job offers/realistic offers / open job offers”

it’s the one thing which would make career mode much more enjoyable.
