Disappointed with Lack of Compensation for 91+ Icon Pack Issue
Hello EA Community,
I wanted to share my experience and seek help regarding an issue that has left me disappointed. I purchased a pack where it was clearly mentioned that it included a 91+ Icon. However, I was affected by a wrong translation error and didn’t receive what was promised.
I reached out to EA Support multiple times, explaining the situation and asking for compensation. Unfortunately, after several attempts, I was told that there is no longer any compensation being offered.
This is frustrating, as I trusted the description of the pack when I made my purchase. I feel that my case hasn’t been treated fairly, and I’m asking the EA Community to revisit this matter and provide me with the appropriate resolution.
I’ve been a loyal player and supporter of EA games, but this situation has left me truly disappointed. I hope someone here can assist or escalate this further.
