Loading onto the game.

Whenever i try to load onto fc25, it starts to connect me to there servers and then a black loading screen pops up and then shows the image below, it won’t load regardless of what i do, i have reinstalled the game, check if i am banned and it says im not, servers are up, i can log into companion app and web app with no issues, just not onto the online features of the game.
